No health records
We do not ask for names, birthdays or vaccine records. Docket opens a separate service. Do not type private health details into the AI helpers.
Saved on this device
Display choices, saved clinics and your plan stay in this browser. Your selected language is also sent with AI questions. Clear browser data to remove local choices.
Optional accounts
Address search needs no account. Live Google clinic search requires sign-in. Lovable Cloud processes your email and account session to sign you in. Session data is stored in your browser.
Other services
Google processes typed addresses and live clinic searches. Lovable AI Gateway and an OpenAI model process AI questions and clinic context. Google Maps and Google Fonts receive requests when loaded. Each service has its own privacy rules.
24-hour search cache
Lovable Cloud caches address lookup keys, coordinates and Google clinic results for 24 hours. Cache records do not include your name or email. We do not save AI conversations as app records. Service logs may be handled separately.
